Burnaby Mountain Park
Burnaby Mountain Park features the Rose Gardens, hiking and walking trails, picnic areas, children's playground and Horizons restaurant. It also encompasses the Burnaby Mountain Conservation Area, a large natural mountain forest preserved for outdoor recreation, nature interpretation and education. The "Playground of the Gods" sculpture, a series of carved poles created by Japanese sculptors, commemorate the goodwill between Burnaby and its sister city of Kushiro, Japan.
